My Role
As Head of Research, I led research and ecosystem strategy initiatives to support the growth of the Ancient8 ecosystem. Working closely with product, growth, and ecosystem teams, I identified opportunities, designed strategies, and launched initiatives that drove adoption across the network. My focus was on understanding emerging trends in Web3 gaming and translating research insights into actionable strategies for product development and ecosystem growth.

Takeaway
Through this role, I gained extensive experience in Web3 ecosystem growth, product strategy, and blockchain adoption dynamics. Seeing an ecosystem grow from early stages to a fully functioning chain with millions of transactions was both challenging and deeply rewarding.
